PURPOSE: An underground independent electric generator is provided to generate electricity by laying a power generator underground and repetitively reciprocating using the pressure of pedestrians or vehicles. CONSTITUTION: An underground independent electric generator comprises a power generator(110), a charging unit, and an electric circuit part. The power generator is installed underground and generates electricity. The charging unit charges the generated electricity. The electric circuit part electrically connects the power generator and the charging unit. The power generator is vertically moved by the pressure due to the motion of pedestrians or vehicles.
