PURPOSE: An opening and closing device of a cellular phone satisfying various conditions is provided to improve the usability by a sliding popup of LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) unit in the key button unit. CONSTITUTION: A first and second slider(120,130) prepares on the top of the base frame, and moves relatively with the hinge module. An elevating unit(140) is included in one side of the base frame. A pad unit(150) is included in the base frame, and elevates by the elevating unit. The second slider comprises the slope piece guided in the elevation of the pad unit. A guide unit(160) supports the pad unit and is included in the lower part of the pad unit. The guide unit is included in the elevating unit, and supports and guides the pad unit.
