PURPOSE: An undercurrent tank watergate administration system is provided to control a water level according to the total capacity of a water tank. CONSTITUTION: An undercurrent tank watergate administration system comprises a flow rate control unit(43), a local watergate management control unit(40), a solenoid driving unit(54), a motor driving unit(56) and a local water gate control unit(30). The flow rate control unit calculates the inflow rate and the total undercurrent flow rate according to a water lever signal from at least one sensor. The local watergate management control unit controls an inflow gate and an exhaustion gate(64). The solenoid driving unit operates multiple inflow gates according to the control of the local water gate management control unit. The motor driving unit operates the exhaustion gate according to the control of the local water gate management control unit.
