PURPOSE: An integrated micro biochip is provided to perform sample pre-treatment and PCR on one chip and reduce labor, cost, time and sample amount. CONSTITUTION: An integrated micro biochip(100) comprises: a sample pre-treatment reaction bath(120) for removing residues from injected sample cells; a PCR container(140) which is formed at the exit of the sample pre-treatment reaction bath and is able to perform PCR; a check valve(160) which is formed between the reaction bath and PCR container and prevents reverse flow of DNA or PCR mixture; a heating unit(180) which regulates temperature of the reaction bath and PCR container; and thin glass chip(102).
