METHOD FOR PREPARING PASTE VINYL CHLORIDE-BASED RESIN

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a paste vinyl chloride-based resin is provided to ensure the generation of little scales of latex and the same viscosity, and to reduce manufacturing cost by controlling the rate of the monomer amount. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a paste vinyl chloride-based resin comprises the steps of: mixing a chlorinated vinyl monomer, initiator and emulsifier; transferring the mixture to a reactor by passing the mixture to a homogenizer; additionally injecting the chlorinated vinyl monomer which does not pass through a homogenizer; and raising the reactor to perform micro suspension polymerization of the mixture of the reactor.
