PURPOSE: A material for improving performance of vehicles is provided to prevent side effects of the blocking of cooling water circulation by excluding solidification according to mineral precipitate generated from conventional cooling water additives. CONSTITUTION: A material for improving performance of vehicles using mineral comprises liquid cooling water additives and circular crystal ring member. The liquid cooling water additive is prepared by mixing ethylene glycol 70 weight%, quartz powder 15 weight%, achroite powder 5 weight%, germanium powder 5 weight%, liquid nitrite 3 weight%, and liquid triethanolamine 5 weight%.
