PURPOSE: A wireless communication apparatus for a vehicle and a system for controlling the vehicle are provided to enable a driver to control a vehicle remotely and notify the driver of the illegal intrusion by including a sensor. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) transceiver(140) transmits and receives an RF signal with a portable wireless transceiver through an antenna. A motion sensor(130) senses the motion of an object, and a connection terminal is connected to a vehicle control device. A signal processor(150) converts a motion detection signal inputted from the motion sensor into an RF signal and outputs the RF signal to the RF transceiver. The signal processor converts the RF signal received from the RF transceiver into a vehicle control signal, and outputs the vehicle control signal to the connection terminal. A power supply unit(160) supplies the power supplied from the connection terminal to each component.
