PURPOSE: A cooler for a portable communication device is provided to improve the performance of a product and enable the long time durability of the product by emitting the heat of a portable communication device to the outside, wherein the portable communication device includes a camera lens module and a beam projector. CONSTITUTION: A lens cover(11) opens or closes the lens openings(2a,3a) of a camera lens module or a beam projector according to the sliding movement, and an input/output unit(12) is prepared in a body of a portable communication device or a rear portion of the lens cover. An input/output cooler(13) is formed in the lens cover. When opening the lens openings, the input/output unit emits the heated inner air to the outside or lets an external cool air flow into the body by opening the input/output unit. When the lens openings are closed, the input/output cooler is closed with the input/output unit.
