PURPOSE: A key pad with a light guide panel is provided to prevent light leakage between a key plate and a light guide plate by forming a light shielding part on the outer edge of the key plate. CONSTITUTION: One light emitting device or more is mounted on a printed circuit board(100). A dome sheet(200) is adhered on the printed circuit board. A light guide plate(300) concentrates the light emitted from the light emitting device on a specific part. A key plate(400) is arranged on the light guide plate and has a plurality of button units. The press unit is formed on the lower surface of the button unit and is contacted with a dome switch. An escape hole is formed on the light guide plate corresponding to the dome switch of the dome sheet and the press unit of the key plate.
