PURPOSE: A device for controlling transmission of hybrid vehicle is provided to diminish a fluid pressure of a release side clutch in regenerative braking, to reduce time for changing speed to wait a fluid pressure of a bond clutch can be diminished and to improve shift feeling. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling transmission of hybrid vehicle comprises: a IPM(10) controlling the operation of the whole hybrid vehicle by controlling an engine control unit, an engine, a motor, a generator control unit and a generator; a transmission control unit(30); a transmission changed to a gearshift(40); and a variable motor(50) supplying the varied input torque to transmission. The transmission control unit sets a target value on the basis of real turbine rotation number.
