<p>PURPOSE: A tool for minimally invasive surgery and a method thereof using the same are provided to perform the free operation without the particular driving element by a user. CONSTITUTION: A tool for minimally invasive surgery comprises the shaft(100), the adjustment knob(110), the end effector(120), the first operating shaft(130), the second operating shaft(140), the first operation shaft(150), the second operation shaft(160), the pitch manipulation part(200), the first and second concavity manipulation parts(300,400), the pitch operation part(600), and the first and second concavity operation parts(700,800). The first and second operating shafts are arranged from one end of shaft. The first and second operation shafts are arranged from the other end of shaft. One or a plurality of spaces are formed in a part of the shafts.</p> |
