PURPOSE: A thin film transistor display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily form a reflective electrode of a concave lens shape by forming the reflective electrode within a plurality of openings with an ink-jet method. CONSTITUTION: A gate line is formed on a substrate(110). A data line(171) is crossed with the gate line. A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is connected to the gate line and data line. A partition wall(361) is formed on the thin film transistor. The partition wall divides a plurality of first openings(184a,184c). A reflective electrode(191) is formed within the first opening. The pixel electrode is formed on the reflective electrode. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. |
