A voice coil wound up in loop shape having the inside is secured to a vibration cone which vibrates in the vibrating direction. A first magnet having a first magnetic pole face is attached to an upper case, and a second magnet having a second magnetic pole face is attached to a lower case. After the first magnet is attached to the upper case, magnetic fluid is made to adhere to the first magnetic pole face of the first magnet. After the voice coil is secured to the vibration cone and the magnetic fluid is made to adhere to the first magnetic pole face of the first magnet, the vibration cone is attached to the upper case such that the first magnetic pole face of the first magnet opposes the voice coil toward the inside thereof, and the magnetic fluid is provided between the first magnetic pole face of the first magnet and the voice coil to abut against the first magnetic pole face and the voice coil. After the second magnet is attached to the lower case and the vibration cone is attached to the upper case, the lower case is attached to the upper case such that the flux passing the first magnetic pole face of the first magnet intersects the voice coil in the direction perpendicular to the voice coil and the vibrating direction, and the second magnetic pole face is arranged on the inside of the voice coil. With such a method, a thin speaker producing a large voice output while preventing rolling phenomenon is obtained. |
