PURPOSE: A recording function providing method and an automatic answering function providing apparatus are provided to possessively deal with absence call by offering recording function and automatic responding function. CONSTITUTION: A phone book memory unit(150) stores the phone book information. A guide message storage unit(110) stores the voice guide message appointed to the group of the phone book. A searcher(130) refers to the number of originator in the absence call in the phone book. According to the search result, an administration unit(140) extracts the designated voice guide message as described above and message storage assigned time information. A caller message storage unit(120) stores the voice message of caller corresponding to the message storage assigned time information. |
