PURPOSE: A dental instrument for cutting soft tissue is provided, which can easily cut soft body arranged in the oral cavity at constant depth. CONSTITUTION: A dental instrument for cutting soft tissue comprises a main body(110) in which an inlet is formed to put in the cut soft tissue; a blade prepared in the main body to make one part exposed through the inlet; and a cover(120) covering the top of the main body. The blade includes a first blade(140) having the first cut depth; and a second blade(150) having the second cut depth shallower than the first cut depth.
