The device has a carriage constituted of a flat element, a nut and a reduction system, where the carriage is moved on a monorail. A camera is placed on the flat element, and a motor is fixed on the monorail. A trapezoidal screw is fixed on the monorail, and is rotated by the motor to cause linear displacement of the carriage through the nut. A rack fixed on the monorail acts with a pinion of the reduction system of the carriage so as to exert an action on a gear reducer to rotate the camera.
