The second electrode forms the electric field with the first electrode. An emulsion is located between the first electrode and the second electrode. The emulsion comprises non-polarity solvent and polar solvent. The Non-polar solvent forms the continuous phase of emulsion. The polar solvent is dispersed in the Non-polar solvent of emulsion. The polar solvent forms a droplet(177). The droplet is controlled by the electric field.
