PURPOSE: An OLED device and a driving method thereof are provided to successively restore the threshold voltage of the driving transistor shifted through the data voltage of a previous frame by displaying an image in a next frame. CONSTITUTION: A display panel(102) comprises a plurality of gate lines, datalines and pixels. A delay unit(112) delays real data from the input unit for one frame. A memory(114) temporarily stores delayed data from the delay unit with a frame interval. A data inversion unit(116) reverses data saved from the memory to a negative pixel voltage. A data driving unit(106) drives the display panel by changing real data of the input unit into a pixel voltage. A selecting unit(118-1,118-m) selects one among the pixel voltage and the negative pixel voltage according to the control signal of the input unit.
