PURPOSE: A liquid crystal recovering method of a liquid crystal display discard panel and an apparatus thereof for reusing the extraction liquid crystal from liquid display discard panels are provided to secure the high recovery rate more than about 95 percent. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display discard panel is pulverized. The liquid crystal display discard panels are dipped in the solvent. The extracted liquid is frozen. Filtering and adsorption of the extracted liquid operate. The extracted liquid is heated. Solvent is condensed. Liquid crystal display discard panels are dipped in the collected solvent. The solvent of the extracted liquid is removed.
