PURPOSE: A decomposition molding type insulating materials using light weight aggregate is provided to improve thermal efficiency through simple construction by installing hot water pipe of all kinds of boilers or a heat exchanger in a pipe hole. CONSTITUTION: A decomposition molding type insulating materials using light weight aggregate comprises: a light weight aggregate screening step of assorting light weight aggregate with 2 ~ 12mm diameter which is selected from artificial light-weight aggregate plasticizing pumice, expanded pearlite, and heated and expanded vermiculite; a decomposition molding type step in which a binder is evenly filled in the whole by a difference of pressure; a first step drying naturally a decomposition mold frame at room temperature for 30~120 minutes; a stripping step breaking away thermal insulated shaped materials of cylindrical shape; a second drying and completion step of drying the thermal insulated shaped materials in a drying furnace at 90~150°C for 30~120 minutes. |
