PURPOSE: A mixed pellet is provided to prevent hard coal or coke powder from being stained when forming a film by automatically applying an emulsified liquid coating agent on the outer surface of the mixed pellet. CONSTITUTION: A mixed pellet is prepared by the steps of: controlling water content of sawdust to 10% or less in a dryer so that a sawdust ratio becomes 30∼50%; controlling the ratio of hard coal or coke powder to 50∼70% and mixing it with the dried sawdust; pelletizing and molding the mixture to have hardness HRc of 40 or more; and forming a film by automatically applying an emulsified liquid coating agent on the outer surface of the mixed pellet. The water permeation to the mixed pellet is prevented in the rainy season or humid weather. The emulsified liquid coating agent lowers an ignition temperature of a boiler or stove. The mixed pellet functions as a catalyst. |
