<p>PURPOSE: A quantum dot nanowire array solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a solarcell device of the high efficiency by etching after forming a laminate thin film in which a medium layer and semiconductor layer are laminated. CONSTITUTION: A complex-stack layer(120) is manufactured. A quantum dot nanowire array is manufactured. A doped semiconductor impurity is filled a space between the end of the quantum dot nano wire(130) and the semiconductor substrate. A bottom electrode is formed on the lower part of the semiconductor substrate. An upper electrode is formed on the upper part of the semiconductor surface.</p> |
