PURPOSE: A method for combining a semiconductor electrode with a counter electrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell and a dye-sensitized solar cell using the same are provided to prevent the leakage phenomenon of the liquid electrolyte by filling a conductivity transparency film with the sealant forming a partition wall. CONSTITUTION: A first conductivity transparency film is formed on a first transparent substrate(14). A porous film is formed on a first conductivity transparency film(16). A second conductivity transparency film is formed on a second transparent substrate(52). A conductive layer is formed on a second conductivity transparency film(54). The sealant is inserted between a semiconductor electrode and a counter electrode while applying the supersonic vibration to the sealant in a paste state. The heat is applied to the semiconductor electrode and the counter electrode.
