METHOD FOR PREPARIMG WEAR RESISTANT POLYURETHANE ELASTOMER

PURPOSE: A wear resistant polyurethane elastomer is provided to suppress surface implementation of polydimethylsiloxane, to prevent slipping and the degradation of adhesion, to improve abrasion resistance, and to keep other mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a wear resistant polyurethane elastomer comprises the steps of: forming an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer containing an excess of isocyanate groups compared with hydroxyl groups; mixing the isocyanate-terminated prepolymer 90~270 parts by weight, crosslinking compound 2~20 parts by weight, isocyanate reactive polydimethylsiloxane 1~30 parts by weight, silane coupling agent 0.5~2 parts by weight, catalyst 0.05~1.5 parts by weight and antifoaming agent 0.05~1.5 parts by weight; forming a liquid resin composition; polymerizing the liquid resin composition at 50~120 °C for 2~30 hours; and naturally cooling the polyurethane elastomer polymer.
