The device has a rod (3) slid in an opening (8) of a head (4) under the action of pressure exerted on the rod against return force of elastic arms (11, 12) in a head surface (9). A lateral surface (10) of a part of the head is projected from a support surface (5) and comprises elastic fins (19). The fins are bent towards the rod during engagement of the rod in holes (6, 7) of a synthetic piece (1) and a sheet (2) under the action of pressure, and towards the exterior for being engaged with an edge of the hole of the sheet when the pressure is released under the action of the arms.
