PURPOSE: A pulley assembly for a compressor is provided to prevent noise when a pulley rotates by supporting the load applied to the pulley using a bearing. CONSTITUTION: A pulley assembly for a compressor comprises a bearing(110) and a pulley(120). The bearing is installed on a pulley installation part(102) of a front head(100). The bearing supports the load of the pulley. The pulley is supported by the bearing to be rotated and comprises a field coil(126). A load central line(B) is positioned within the width area of the bearing. The tension of the belt is applied on the load central line.
