APPARATUS HAVING SLIDING TILTING PART FOR WET PROCESS OF FPD

PURPOSE: A wet process apparatus of a flat panel display equipping a sliding tilt unit is slid between a horizontal processing unit and a slope processing unit is provided to increase spatial efficiency and process efficiency by installing the horizontal processing unit and the slope processing unit. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal processor(10) advances a horizontal processing process of a flat panel display. An inclination processor(20) is located on the horizontal processing unit. The slope processing unit performs the slope processing in the progressive direction of the horizontal processing unit and a line of the opposite direction. A downward sliding tiling unit(30) is located in one side of the slope processing unit and horizontal processing part. The lowering sliding tilting slides the flat panel display from the horizontal processing unit to the slope processing unit.
