LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE WITH AN INSULATING LAYER

摘要

PURPOSE: A light emitting device with an insulating layer for improving coating efficiency is provided to avoid the leakage between luminous units by preventing an insulating layer installed at the light emitted diode from being loosen and slid. CONSTITUTION: A first luminous unit(24) and second luminous unit(26) are installed on a transparent substrate(22). The second luminous unit has an outer tube of a staircase structure. The insulating layer(28) is arranged between the first luminous unit and the second luminous unit. The conductive layer(30) is installed on the insulating layer. The conductive layer has a light emitted diode(20) connected to the first luminous unit and the second luminous unit.
