The device has an autonomous, monoblock and compact main piece in which an electronic high voltage generator circuit (16), an electronic control circuit (17), a display and command panel (3), a lamp support and safety elements are integrated. The piece is constituted by a casing (1) with an end on which a detachable and interchangeable lighting head (2) is hooked, and the lighting head internally integrates a slide for receiving a light exposure crystal (4). A reflector, a flash lamp and female contact plugs are placed on the lamp support.
