The engine has an external rotor (5) defining an internal contour chamber (4) and a semi-circular transversal section. An internal rotor (3) is rotated in the external rotor, and forms a piston in equilateral curvilinear triangle shape and a semi-circular transversal section. The external rotor rotates with speed equal to thrice of speed of the internal rotor, in a direction same as a direction of the internal rotor. The external rotor supports helices (1) of a centrifugal compressor.
