The support (200) has a prismatic element i.e. solid aluminum tube (210), with a fixation element (300) traversed from bottom to top, through parallel passages. The passages are separated from a distance corresponding to a gap between branches (111, 112) of a U-shaped shackle (110). The passages have sections that are slightly larger than sections of the branches for receiving the branches engaged below the passages and holding the branches on certain length. The tube has a top part forming a support for a lock-block (120) of a padlock, and is coated with epoxide paint.
