PURPOSE: An oil cooler is provided to improve the oil cooling efficiency by directly connecting a radiator core and an oil cooler core. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler comprises a plurality of oil cooler tubes(220), a pair of oil cooler tanks(210) and an oil cooler pin(230). The oil cooler tubes are arranged in an air-blowing direction. A pair of oil cooler tanks is located on both sides of a plurality of oil cooler tubes. The cooling water is circulated through a pair of oil cooler tanks. The oil cooler pin is located in between the oil cooler tubes. The oil cooler pin multiplies the heating surface area with the air which flows in the oil cooler tube. A joint(150) is formed in one part of a pair of radiator tanks(110). An oil cooler(200) and a radiator(100) are arranged on the same plane.
