PURPOSE: A capacity-variable compressor with a swash plate is provided to maintain the minimum inclination angle of a swash plate without an external power. CONSTITUTION: A capacity-variable compressor with a swash plate comprises a drive shaft(140), a rotor(144), a swash plate(148), a hinge arm(146), and a connection arm(152). A hinge pin(154) is installed on the front end of the connection arm. A combining hole(147') is formed on the hinge arm. A spring fixing part(160) is installed inside a combining hole. A spring fixing tool comprises a return spring(S). The return spring generates elastic force to the hinge pin.
