PURPOSE: A terminal function control system and a terminal function control method are provided to use a unique terminal function of a terminal device of long distance through a web environment. CONSTITUTION: An external device(10a-10n) drives web contents and requests the control of the terminal through the web contents. A function is requested through the web contents. A connection management server(200) stores the connection address information of each terminal device(100). If the external device requests a connection address of the terminal device, the connection management server returns the requested connection address to the external device. The terminal device includes a terminal function module and stores access authority information corresponding to the terminal function.
