METHOD AND DEVICE FOR RECOVERING LIQUID CRYSTAL OF LCD WASTE PANELS

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal recovery system of a liquid crystal display discard panel collecting a liquid crystal from a liquid crystal display discard panel is provided to indicate the impurity content rate of low level and the collected liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device waste panel is pulverized in order that the extract solution is formed. The liquid crystal display discard panel is dipped in solvent in order that the extract solution is formed. The extract solution is filtered by a filtering apparatus(19). The extract solution is heated by a heater. In order that the collected solvent is formed, the solvent steam is condensed by a condenser(17). In order that the extract solution is formed, liquid crystal display discard panels are dipped in the collected solvent. The liquid crystal collected by the removal of the solvent of the extract solution is obtained.
