PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating organic sludge and a method thereof are provided to reduce the processing costs of sludge by minimizing the amount of sludge generated and to increase the amount of biogas generated while increasing sludge digestion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating organic sludge includes a sludge reservoir, a preheating bath, a thermally hydrolyzing bath, a vapor-liquid separation bath, a heat exchanger(60), a high temperature anaerobic digester(70), a dehydrator(80), a wet desulphurization bath(100), a gas holder, a boiler, a dry desulfurization bath, a gas generator, and a transfer conveyor or a transfer pump. The apparatus for treating organic sludge further includes a digestion sludge circulator(75) circulating the sludge which is received in a digestion bath. |
