PURPOSE: A strobe charge control circuit, a digital camera including the same, and a method for controlling the charge of a strobe are provided to prevent the overcharge of a strobe due to erroneous variation of a part of circuit devices by limiting the charge time and voltage of the strobe. CONSTITUTION: A strobe charge circuit(210) forms a charge current path between a strobe and a battery. The strobe charge circuit completes the charge operation according to a first charge off signal. A charge limit time setting unit(202) variably sets the charge limit time by interlocking with the battery voltage. A charge signal generator(201) outputs the first charge off signal according to the completion of the charge limit time. The charge signal generator outputs a second charge off signal according to the charge completion signal of the strobe charge circuit. |
