PURPOSE: A skin external formulation composition containing shell and calcium strong alkali solution waste coral is provided to prevent and treat dermatitis and relieve pruritus and wrinkle. CONSTITUTION: A skin external formulation composition contains alkali calcium solution extracted from shell. A skin external formulation contains 0.3-20 weight parts of safflower based on 100 weight parts of carrier having alkali calcium solution. The composition further contains 0.5-30 weight parts of medicinal herb extract. The composition additionally contains 0.3-15 weight parts of rucinol, 0.3-15 weight parts of terrane or 0.2-5 weight parts of coenzyme Q10. The composition also contains 0.05-5 weight parts of vitamin C as a calcium absorption promoter.
