PURPOSE: A shoe mid sole manufacturing method and a shoe mid sole are provided to produce the mid sole in a short amount of time, and to save costs by injecting an elastic member consisted with latex materials into a body member to combine as one body. CONSTITUTION: A shoe mid sole manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: forming a body member producing a rear leg body member; positioning the rear leg body member into a frame; foaming latex or an impact absorbent material to the frame; combining the upper side of the rear leg body member with the latex or the impact absorbent material by forming one layer; protrusively combining the lower side of the rear leg body member with the latex or the impact absorbent material by passing through a hole; and protrusively combining arches or heel parts of feet with the latex or the impact absorbent material. |
