<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing boiled and dried baby sardines, solving such a problem that the boiled and dried baby sardines get entangled with a net and thereby various germs are cultured therein because a transporting belt conveyor in a baby sardine-boiling device comprises the net in order to maintain air permeability. <P>SOLUTION: The device for producing boiled and dried baby sardines is structured as follows: a plurality of belt conveyors transmitting the boiled and dried baby sardines taken from a boiling pot 13 to a sterilization furnace 15 are each provided with a sterilization electrolytic water-dispersing spray at a part with the symbol (1) shown in the figure; the nozzles blowing off excessive electrolytic water of the boiled and dried baby sardines are attached to the parts with the symbols (1), (2), and besides, the baby sardines sterilized with the electrolytic water get sour due to the electrolytic water treatment and the sour taste is removed by ozone gas jetted from a gas nozzle 55 in the sterilization furnace 15; and an opening part at the lower part of the sterilization furnace 15 emits harmful ozone gas to the outside of a chamber, and sucks the air containing the electrolytic water staying around the sterilization furnace 15 through an inlet 56 by utilizing negative pressure phenomena in the sterilization furnace 15 due to the emission so as to prevent the various germs from being cultured at the belt conveyor in the sterilization furnace 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
