<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device for preventing light from leaking outside from a side. <P>SOLUTION: A cover 35 in a cap shape having a head 35a and a cylindrical section 35b is mounted to an LED lamp 30 where an LED element 25 is sealed by resin by mounting at least one LED element 25 onto a circuit board 24, a condensing means is provided at the head 35a arranged at a position opposite to the LED element 25 of the cover 35, and a leakage prevention means for preventing light of the LED element 25 for leaking outside the cylindrical section 35b is provided in the cylindrical section 35b.
