<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample collecting apparatus capable of suppressing the variation of a sample collecting amount by collecting samples by roughly constant loads. <P>SOLUTION: The sample collecting apparatus includes: a sample collecting member 2 provided with a sample collecting part 1 for collecting samples on one end; a holding part 4 for supporting the sample collecting member 2, to be the object of holding when collecting samples; and a load control part 3 for controlling pressurization loads so that the pressurization load generated at the sample collecting part 1 due to pressurization to the surface of the sample is the roughly fixed load when collecting samples. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
