<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a plurality of target objects, even if frequencies of different-level beat signals obtained from the respective target objects are in close proximity to each other. <P>SOLUTION: A peak signal detecting means of a signal processor of a radar transceiver, which receives a reflected signal from the target object of a frequency-modulated transmitted signal to generate the beat signal having a frequency difference between the transmitted signal and a received signal, further detects a second peak signal not forming a maximal value within a predetermined frequency range from a first peak signal forming the maximal value, based on a change rate in a frequency direction at a frequency spectrum level, allowing detection of the target object respectively corresponding to the first peak signal and the second peak signal buried in a side lobe thereof and not forming the maximal value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
