<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting an agricultural chemical concentration in gourds before cultivation, chlorinated cyclodiene-based agricultural chemical extraction analysis method from soil, and an extractant or the like, in order to prevent beforehand excess of a chlorinated cyclodiene-based agricultural chemical (for example, drin-based one) residual reference value in the gourds to be harvested after being grown in the soil scheduled to be used for cultivation. <P>SOLUTION: An agricultural chemical is extracted by aqueous methanol from the soil including the chlorinated cyclodiene-based agricultural chemical in various concentrations, and analyzed quantitatively. The gourds are cultivated in the soil, and the chlorinated cyclodiene-based agricultural chemical is extracted from the gourds by a solvent and analyzed quantitatively. A relational expression between an agricultural chemical concentration in the soil and an agricultural chemical concentration in the gourds is generated. The chlorinated cyclodiene-based agricultural chemical is extracted by aqueous methanol from the soil scheduled to be used for cultivation of the gourds and analyzed quantitatively, and the agricultural chemical concentration in the soil is calculated from an analysis value, and the concentration is applied to the relational expression, to thereby predict the agricultural chemical concentration in the gourds to be harvested. An extraction and analysis method by aqueous methanol (with a water content of 90 vol.% or less), and the extractant comprising aqueous methanol are also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
