PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an increase in the number of variable patterns while restraining increase in data capacity. SOLUTION: A distribution table SPP1 storing only pattern data DC which becomes a data value for specifying a variable pattern and distribution tables SPV1, SPV3 storing distribution data DB which becomes a determination value for selecting a variable pattern used in selecting a variable pattern and storing addresses for specifying the distribution table SPP1 where pattern data DC corresponding to the distribution data DB is stored are organized.
