PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station apparatus and a mobile wireless terminal capable of utilizing a bandwidth effectively, without making degraded the reception characteristics of the mobile wireless terminal having a narrow reception channel bandwidth. SOLUTION: The radio base station apparatus comprises three 20 MHz channel bands on a downlink line. A center DC subcarrier of each channel band at both ends is separated from a DC subcarrier of the middle channel band by 18.015 MHz or more in bandwidth and is located, at a position separated by 18.3 MHz from a spacing matching the least common multiple 300 kHz of the channel of the 100 kHz raster and the 15 kHz subcarrier spacing.
