PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resinoid lid for a container in which when the opening neck part (44) is opened, the whole lid (2) for the container containing a tamper-evident skirt part (12) is released from the opening neck part, but the tamper-evident skirt part is extended spirally downward from a site connected with the main part (10) of a skirt wall (6), and it is surely avoided that a remounting operation of the lid for the container to the opening neck part is obstructed by the tamper-evident skirt part. SOLUTION: An axial line direction breaking means (46) formed at the tamper-evident skirt part is separated by 150°or more from a non-breaking region (32) on a peripheral direction breaking means (8).
