<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a positional relationship between a magnetic field generating region and a near field generating region with a simple constitution without reducing magnetic field generating efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An energizing part 21 includes first and second conductors 11 and 12 and a connector 22 electrically connecting these conductors. The first and second conductors 11 and 12 are opposed to each other via a gap 23. A protrusion 35 protruding to the second conductor 12 via the gap 23 is formed in the first conductor 11. A corner 33 protruding to the gap 23 is formed in the protrusion 35. When a current is made to flow in the energizing part 21, magnetic field strength is made to be the maximum in a region 34. When the energizing part 21 is irradiated with light, an intense near field is generated in the vicinity of the corner 33.
