<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a cap for easily detaching a spouting cap from the container while regulating any detachment of the spouting cap from a mouth part through co-rotation when detaching or attaching an over-cap. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The container 1 with the cap includes an elastic connecting piece 20 which is formed in an elastically deformable manner in the direction of a cap axis O with respect to the container 2, a depressing part 21 connected to the elastic connecting piece and located on the outer side in the cap radial direction from a spouting cap 4, and a second engaging part 22 to be engaged with a first engaging part 19 formed on a peripheral wall part 9 of the spouting cap, and is further equipped with a regulating unit 23 for regulating the relative movement on the loosening side along the cap peripheral direction between the spouting cap and the container. When the depressing part is depressed, the elastic connecting piece is elastically deformed in the direction of the cap axis O, and the first engaging part and the second engaging part are disengaged from each other.
