<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air tool having a high performance air motor to be easily processed and assembled. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The air tool comprises: a cylinder of a cylindrical shape having an intake port for taking in compressed air and an exhaust port for exhausting compressed air; a rotor stored in the cylinder, and provided eccentrically and rotatably with respect to the cylinder; a groove part provided in the rotor elongating in the rotor radial direction; and a vane provided in the groove part movably in the rotor radial direction. It further comprises a back side plate for closing the back surface of the cylinder and a front side plate for closing the front surface of the cylinder.
